Rotary Tip & Die

Guill Tool & Engineering has developed a patented Rotary Head design used in many applications to increase tube wall strength. The linear molecular structure of the polymer material crosses angularly forming a substantially stronger wall section by rotating the tip and die in opposite directions. The resulting tube product may be reduced dimensionally providing a savings in usually expensive polymer. More important to Medical Tube products, the reduced diameter is particularly desirable for invasive applications. The tube product may be multiple layer and stripes depending on design requirements.
